Equipment

  • 1 Homemade Spaghetti Sauce Recipe Click the link above for the sauce recipe
  • 1 Deep heavy bottom pan
  • 1 9 X 13 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 1 box spaghetti noodles any kind
  • 6-8 ounces Parmesan cheese grated or bottled
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Instructions

  • I recommend following the link above to make our homemade spaghetti sauce. If you want to save time, you can use your favorite kind of canned spaghetti sauce.
  • Once the spaghetti sauce is left to simmer, cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions and drain.
  • In a 9 X 13 baking dish, layer the ingredients as follows: noodles, spaghetti sauce, Parmesan cheese (to taste), then noodles again, spaghetti sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and topped with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Put the baking dish on a cookie sheet in case it bubbles over, and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until the cheese melts.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite garlic bread.
